Spa Seal 1000
Your Spa Seal 1000 cover is warranted
to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a
period of three years from your date of purchase. Please
complete and return the enclosed warranty card, within 10
days of purchase to validate your warranty.
The three year limited warranty covers defects in materials
or workmanship only. Please refer to the Care Instructions
to prolong the life of your cover. The limited warranty
is prorated, based on the retail sales price, and does not
cover misuse, abuse, breakage, damage from improper handling
or any alterations, adaptations, or accessories added after
the cover leaves our factory. The warranty does not cover
water absorption of the foam core due to punctures or cuts
in the vinyl covering, deterioration in the bottom fabric
caused by excessive chemical use, chemical imbalance or
improper function of the Spa or Hot Tub, or deterioration
of foam due to heat build-up from the sun. ALWAYS REMOVE
THE COVER BEFORE SHOCKING YOUR SPA!
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINS
YOUR COMPLETE WARRANTY; NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO EXPAND
OR CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. REMEDIES UNDER THIS
WARRANTY ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT ONLY;
ALL OTHER REMEDIES, INCLUDING INCINDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, ARE EXCLUDED.
